Chief Executive Officer
Timothy Haddican joined Red Bluff in 2015 as the company’s chief executive officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Haddican served as the vice president of engineering and operations at RKI Exploration & Production, where he built an operation team of more than 60 employees and, at its peak, oversaw 11 drilling rigs and net production of more than 30,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
Before RKI, Mr. Haddican was the western division production manager for Dominion E&P, where he managed a department of approximately 180 employees and gross production of more than 500 million cubic feet per day. Early in his career, Mr. Haddican worked as a reservoir engineering manager with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corporation, where he managed 1.8 trillion cubic feet equivalent (Tcfe) of reserves and more than 1 Tcfe of successful acquisition projects.
Mr. Haddican received a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering technology from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Chief Financial Officer
C. Andrew Jennings joined Red Bluff in 2016 as the company’s chief financial officer. Prior to Red Bluff, Mr. Jennings served as the manager of finance and corporate planning at RKI Exploration & Production, where he led the company’s strategic planning efforts, treasury functions, capital markets, and lending activities, as well as its mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to that time, Mr. Jennings was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the global natural resources group, where he focused on transaction advisory, including mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Mr. Jennings began his energy career with Halliburton and Baker Hughes, where we served in various engineering and management roles.
Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Vice President of Land & Business Development
Brian Exline joined Red Bluff as the vice president of land and business development in 2015. Before joining the company, Mr. Exline served as the vice president of acquisitions and divestitures at Chesapeake Energy. During his 14 years at Chesapeake, Mr. Exline oversaw more than 1,000 transactions totaling more than $15 billion in proceeds. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Exline spent 14 years with Samson Resources Company, where he held various positions in the acquisition and divestiture, and land groups.
Mr. Exline has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Vice President of Operations
Kyle Massie joined Red Bluff in 2019 as the vice president of operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Massie worked as the senior manager of drilling and completions for Devon Energy. During his 10-year tenure at Devon, Mr. Massie led multiple drilling, completion, and production operations teams in the Anadarko, Permian, and Powder River Basins. Prior to Devon, Mr. Massie served in various engineering and management roles for Baker Hughes at several of its U.S. and international locations.
Mr. Massie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Director of Supply Chain
Lance Griffin joined Red Bluff in 2018 as the director of supply chain. Before joining the company, Mr. Griffin was the manager of category management and strategic sourcing at Chesapeake Energy, where he was responsible for the strategic supply chain for the company’s drilling, completions, facilities, and indirect spending departments, totaling more than $1.5 billion in annual spend.
Prior to his time with Chesapeake, Mr. Griffin held numerous roles in manufacturing, including large-scale project management, business development, the writing of specifications, and global logistics.
Mr. Griffin holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, specializing in energy supply chain and risk management.
Director of Information Technology
Jamie Adamson joined Red Bluff in 2019 as the director of information technology. Prior to joining the company, he spent 11 years at Chesapeake Energy, most recently serving as an IT manager. During his time with Chesapeake, Mr. Adamson led several IT and operational initiatives focused on reducing cost and enhancing efficiency in the field, including the use of advanced analytics to maximize uptime.
Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Adamson was a manager in IT at Hobby Lobby and worked at Oracle where he specialized in architecting and implementing ERP solutions.
Mr. Adamson received a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from Oklahoma State University. He currently sits on the board for Oklahoma State University’s Spears College of Business.
Mr. Swink came to Red Bluff in 2015 from Viking International where he served as the Corporate Controller. In his 5 years at Viking International, he was responsible for the oversight of the daily accounting activities and accounting staff – both domestic and international. He led the setup and integration of multiple international acquisitions as well as managed the monthly reporting functions including corporate and local statutory audits. Prior to that, he served as the Controller for Riata Corporate Group for 9 years where he oversaw all accounting staff and activities for multiple entities including oil & gas, oilfield services, agricultural, and retail. Mr. Swink received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University in 1997 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2001.
