Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Haddican most recently was an initial member of RKI Exploration & Production. There, he held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Operations. The company began with no assets and quickly built extensive acreage positions in two world-class oil basins, the Permian Basin and the Powder River Basin. While with RKI, Mr. Haddican built an operations group of more than 60 employees, which, at its peak activity level, operated 11 drilling rigs and more than 30,000 boe/d of net production. In August of 2015, WPX Energy purchased the Permian Basin assets of RKI for $2.75 billion. Prior to RKI, Mr. Haddican held the position of Western Division Production Manager for Dominion E&P, where he oversaw a department of 180 employees with gross daily production of more than 500 Mmcf/d. Mr. Haddican also held the position of Reservoir Engineering Manager with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp and was responsible for the management of 1.8 Tcfe of reserves and over 1.0 Tcfe of successful acquisition projects. Mr. Haddican received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
C. Andrew Jennings
Chief Financial Officer
Before coming to Red Bluff Resources, Mr. Jennings worked for RKI Exploration & Production where he served as Manager of Finance & Corporate Planning. While at RKI, Mr. Jennings was responsible for the Company’s strategic planning efforts, treasury functions, capital markets and lending activities, and mergers and acquisitions transaction execution. Prior to that, Mr. Jennings was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Global Natural Resources Group based in Houston where he focused on transaction advisory including mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Mr. Jennings began his career in energy with Halliburton and Baker Hughes, where we served in various engineering and management roles. Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Vice President of Exploration
Mr. Stephenson most recently worked at Range Resources as Vice President of Exploration for the Mid-Continent Division. Mr. Stephenson was responsible for building the companies St. Louis, Meramec and Granite Wash horizontal drilling programs. The division had a production CAGR of 40% from 2010 through 2014 and grew the division acreage position to approximately 360,000 net acres. Prior to Range, Mr. Stephenson held the position of Vice President of Mid-Continent Operations for Linn Energy. Mr. Stephenson was responsible for capital budgets up to $200MM per year and also implemented a horizontal drilling program in the Granite Wash. Mr. Stephenson has also held various management positions with Dominion E&P and Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp. Mr. Stephenson received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Vice President of Land & Business Development
Mr. Exline came to Red Bluff from Chesapeake Energy Corporation where he was Vice President – A&D. In his fourteen plus years at Chesapeake, he was involved in the consummation of over 1,000 transactions totaling more than $15 billion in proceeds. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Exline worked for Samson Resources Company (Tulsa, OK) for fourteen years where he began his career in the oil & gas industry. At Samson, he held various positions in the A&D and Land groups. Mr. Exline’s experience is in the negotiation, preparation and interpretation of transactional documents, management of asset evaluation and due diligence efforts. Mr. Exline received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining Red Bluff Resources, Mr. Massie worked as Sr. Manager of Drilling and Completions for Devon Energy. During his tenure at Devon, Mr. Massie led multiple Drilling, Completion and Production Operations teams in Anadarko, Permian and Powder River Basins. Mr. Massie began his career with Baker Hughes where he served in various engineering and management roles in US and International locations. Mr. Massie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
Director of Supply Chain
Before coming to Red Bluff Resources, Mr. Griffin was previously with Chesapeake Energy Corporation where he served as the Manager – Category Management & Strategic Sourcing. While there, Mr. Griffin was responsible for the strategic direction of the supply chain function for centrally managed categories, which encompassed Drilling, Completions, Facilities, and Indirect Spend totaling more than $1.5B in annual spend. Prior to his time with Chesapeake, Mr. Griffin held numerous roles in manufacturing that included large-scale project management, business development, the writing of specifications and global logistics. Mr. Griffin holds a Bachelors from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston, specializing in Energy Supply Chain and Energy Risk Management.
Director of Information Technology
Mr. Adamson came to Red Bluff Resources from Chesapeake Energy Corporation where he served as a manager in IT. In his 11 plus years at Chesapeake, he led several different areas of IT including the Production Operations group where his team focused on maximizing uptime by utilizing advanced analytics to inform operators in the field. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Adamson was at Hobby Lobby where he managed the Hardware and IT Purchasing departments. Mr. Adamson began his career with Oracle where he specialized in architecting and implementing ERP products. Mr. Adamson received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, where he currently sits as a board member for the Spears College of Business.
